I think these are great quality. Much higher levels of DHA and EPA than I’ve found in any other brands of high strength omega 3 so I think it’s definitely worth the extra money. The quality control and dioxin screening is absolutely essential when taking fish oils so it’s essential to buy from a reliable surce so that you don’t just build up harmful toxins in your body along with the omega 3. No fishy after taste and I like that the shell is made with fish gelatine. It really stumps me why some cheaper manufacturers put fish oil inside a bovine gelatine shell.
